DLS: ARCH obtained planning consent to demolish a 3 bedroom bungalow in poor condition and to replace it with a 4,000 square feet house with four double bedrooms, family bathroom and an en-suite with dressing area, a large sitting room with conservatory/sun room, kitchen/breakfast/family room, a study, a “snug”, a utility room, together with a large annexe and double garage.
