Award winning large scale development of affordable housing on a previously vacant site

DLS: ARCH obtained planning consent for this West Dean Estates Hastoe Housing Association project in this rural setting. They then worked under a Design and Build project to bring the scheme through to completion. The Housing comprised of a combination of shared ownership and properties to rent, utilising quality materials to achieve an award winning outcome.
