To provide support to early years children & their parents this new building was to be constructed around the existing Nursery, whilst this remained fully operational.

This facility needed to remain open for 50 weeks of the year. Works had to be carefully phased to allow for the new build works to be completed, thereby allowing the existing facilities to de-cant and then be subsequently refurbished. Health & Safety was of paramount importance.
