TSP have considerable experience in the Affordable Housing Sector. We have won several Awards in this sector. We work with Registered Social Landlords (RSL’s), Local Authorities and Private Developers, adapting to meet new benchmarks and standards driven by the Homes and Communities Agency. These include Lifetime Homes and Code for Sustainable Homes.

We also work directly for Housing Associations carrying out Feasibility Studies, Pre-Planning Application Submissions, and Full Planning Application with all the necessary planning consultations. We also work with Design and Build contractors, developing schemes that have already obtained planning consent in the most cost-effective way.
